SOJU THINK YOU CAN DANCE

LIVE EVENT PRODUCTION / CO-FOUNDER & PRODUCER

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Soju Think You Can Dance is a live dance event built around spontaneity, creativity, and community. Originally created by Atomic Goofball, the format gives dancers space to step outside rehearsed routines, take creative risks, and perform without the pressure of traditional competition.

After launching a Washington, DC edition, the event expanded to Los Angeles for two years and is now heading to Las Vegas. At its largest, Soju has welcomed more than 200 attendees.

PRODUCTION & EXECUTION

Role: Co-Founder & Producer

Helped scale the recurring live event, expanding the production from Washington, DC to Los Angeles and now Las Vegas.

Oversee the full production lifecycle, from budgets, venue coordination, RSVPs, sponsorships, vendors, staffing, and technical planning through onsite crew leadership, setup, and event execution. As Soju has grown, the production has scaled with it, adding more sophisticated lighting, sound, and event infrastructure while preserving the looseness and spontaneity of the format.
